1. Is the store open for walk in customers?
Answer: No, We are proudly South African online store
2. How long does delivery take?
Payments can take up to a day or 24 - 48hrs to clear. Only once your payment has cleared on our side your order will be processed. Delivery can take 3 - 7 working days from the time your payment clears, depending on where you are based. Please note, outlying areas may take longer. Please note: If you are based in a rural area or a high risk hijacking area, courier may contact you to meet them at a safe place or may ask you to collect from the depot in your area
3. What is your return policy?
We have a 7 day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. It must be in the original packaging.
Should you wish to return an item please send an email to info@charismaticconcession.com within 7 days of delivery and we will advise you on the way forward.
4. Do i need an account to buy online?
No, you don't. But to return items we might need you to open an account
